Law Clerk

Mia works part-time as a Law Clerk in the Litigation team at Smith and Partners, gaining practical experience while supporting a range of legal work. She is currently studying towards an LLB/BCom and brings a positive, open-minded approach to learning and assisting wherever she can.

This is Mia’s first law-based role, and she was drawn to Smith and Partners by the opportunity to gain exposure to legal practice while working with a firm connected to the West Auckland community. Mia lives locally in Te Atatū Peninsula and attended Avondale College, giving her a strong connection to the area and the clients Smith and Partners supports.

Outside of work and study, Mia enjoys exploring new places, getting into a good book, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
